Demands made on camp…

Urgent request. A bad man, leader of the neighboring village came to camp demanding 100 bags of cement (900 dollars worth) for his community or he would do harm to camp and those going to camp and block the roads….Today we got a call from the cement agency nearby and they wanted to make sure we were going to pay for 50 bags for the community because they were there saying to bill us. We luckily got the call and denied the purchase. Tomorrow Jose Luis will go to camp to talk to the man. He has quite the history (jail, drugs, abuse etc) so I am so surprised he is a leader again. I will send a letter explaining better tomorrow. Please pray! It would be appreciated.
